Scott Peterson submitted several images of the new tower ladder for Crystal Lake.
It made a stop at EGVFD. Going to be shown around the area before returning to crystal lake.

Sebastian, so what if it stops at a few firehouses on it’s way to its final destination…..
As for the mutual aid comment, if Crystal Lake is going with a truck mutual aid to Elk Grove Village, something HUGH!!!!!! is going on. They have more than 10 trucks between them and EGV

The salesman was in the area, just showing it. EGVFD is NOT buying a new truck.

Also sometimes so their mutual aid departments are at least somewhat familiar with how it works, in case of an emergency at a scene.

New rigs often go by other depts as well as chiefs from other depts to see the new rig if they are in the market for a new apparatus
