The Evanston Fire Department announces the upcoming retirement of Deputy Chief William (Bill) Muno after an extraordinary 39-year career serving the residents of the City of Evanston. A reception will be held at Fire Department Headquarters 909 Lake St., on November 21 from noon until 5 p.m., with a Walk-Out Ceremony at 3 p.m. to honor Deputy Chief Muno and celebrate his distinguished career.
The Evanston Fire Department thanks Deputy Chief Muno for his nearly four decades of courageous service, leadership, and devotion to the Evanston community. We wish him a fulfilling and well-deserved retirement.
