Shared with you is a complete list that was created in 2017 with each type of apparatus per department along with the MABAS division, station number, station location, and dispatching center.
This list is modified often, but we understand there may be some mistakes / apparatus that have moved to other stations. If anyone notices anything that needs to be fixed please let me know.

Jeremy B.,
Would you be able to take a look at my website for division 1, I don’t get up there that often and I’m fairly unfamiliar with the area. if you could let me know of any corrections. Thanks

For Elk Grove, Ambulance 9 isn’t really a reserve and is out of Station 7 – it’s an in-service when staffing allows type thing, or special events/details.
Engine 7 is only in service when the straight stick quint or squad is out of service for maintenance, as they don’t have a reserve quint or squad. It’s the same thing with Engine 9, it’s the replacement when the tower is out of service because of no reserve quint.
Finally, the reserves of Station 8 are Reserve Ambulance 8 and Reserve Engine 8. They also have another set out of Station 10 – Reserve Ambulance 10 and Reserve Engine 10.

Evan,
Lincolnshire A53 (Which is reserve) and their brush truck are on the list already. Prospect Heights got rid of Crash Truck 39. Arlington Heights only runs a Tower frontline at St 1, unless they have a spare engine there is what you mean and thanks for the buffalo grove info.
#5 by John Keller on May 7, 2024 - 10:24 AM
I believe that Arlington Hieghts doesn’t run an engine 1, they just have Tower 1 and 1r out of that house
#6 by Evan Rude on May 6, 2024 - 9:14 PM
Arlington Heights Station 1 has Engine 1
Prospect Heights Has crash truck 39
Lincolnshire Riverwoods station 53 has Ambulance 53

Cmk,
I believe so I think they still have 4
#11 by Cmk420 on May 5, 2024 - 6:31 PM
John–Does Alsip still have 2002? I was under the impression that 2032 is the reserve medic? 2012 & 2042 are the first-out medics.
#12 by Daniel on May 5, 2024 - 5:34 PM
Solid list, few updates for 10, 12, & 16
Division 10:
Tri-State has a Medic 124, M125 is a reserve
Citgo’s shift commander is Battalion 76
Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills both have utility’s (U84 & U86) that are sometimes used to chase the medic. Hinsdale has M85, jumped by the tower as second out medic
Division 12:
Addison changed the designation of Q71 and Q73 to E71 and E73, Q72 is the only rig still called a quint until the new ladder goes in service
Glenside no longer has a hazmat trailer. Battalion 58 is a thing as of last month. They also have U58 and a UTV
To my knowledge, Oak Brook doesn’t have an E93 anymore, just the frontline and reserve squads
Division 16:
Dar-Wood sold the investigation truck a few years ago
Downers Grove only has one hazmat, H105 (used to be at 101 and still marked as such)
Lisle-Woodridge Rescue 52 and V52 are separate rigs; V52 is the dive van & boat, Rescue 52 is the hazmat/TRT truck
Warrenville has Battalion 11 and a dive unit, V11 (formerly V12)
Naperville VR1 is at station 9, VR2 (if still staffed) is at station 10

Ill go through and make a mega list in a little bit if changes

Tyler–
I do not believe Merrionette Park has the utility any more.
They just have the two medics, the truck, the engine and the two chiefs vehicles.

Tom,
The information I’ve been told is:
Bedford Park has changed their rig numbers to 71, 72 and 73 very recently. The tower & quint are both called “Truck 73” and will be rotating being first out throughout the year. Apparently they wanted 2 designated engines and 1 designated truck now.
#17 by Tom Foley on May 5, 2024 - 10:54 AM
Perhaps someone can chime in more about Bedford Park.
Hazmat is 702.
There are also engines 707, 710, 711
Quint 704 can be added and listing for TL73 is probably 709.
Wish I could help a little more.

Palos Heights is dispatched by Southwest Central not Orland.

Nice job Tyler! I have a few updates. Posen does have an Engine 2803, which is the former Lyons Engine 1311. It is used for their Academy and as a reserve.
Palos and Palos Heights are both in MABAS Division 19, not 21.
Bridgeview is as follows:
Station 1- E416, A417, BN40, RE410 & Spare Car 400
Station 2- E405, A406, Brush 407, RA412, Spare A409, Spare E415
Car 401- Chief

Tyler:
Alsip FD is in MABAS 22, not 21. A2042 is front-line at Station 2, and A2032 is the reserve at Station 2.
Blue Island’s ambulances are all ALS now. I believe it is A2112 (Sta. 1), A2122 (Sta. 2) and A2132 (Reserve-Station location not known). They also now have Battalion 21 at Sta. 1. I don’t if C2111 is still valid or not. The truck is now 2114, not 2104.
Garden Homes–Add C2500, C2501 & C2511
Robbins–Add A2992 (Reserve)
Posen is also in MABAS 22, not 24. I have never heard an E2803, just E2813

Yeah Mike I knew about that, but didn’t add it yet since it hasn’t officially happened yet.
#29 by Mike C on May 4, 2024 - 11:07 AM
Dekalb is also building Station #4 at 1130 S Malta Road if you want to add this to your roster. I’m not sure what apparatus will be housed there.
Maybe I should’ve been clearer about Elgin A6. Elgin A6 does not exist anymore. It’s been changed to A3. Sorry for any confusion.
#30 by Tyler Tobolt on May 4, 2024 - 10:41 AM
Ryan,
Good eye on Lemont. That was supposed to be T949, not 749 lol and thank you for rest of the info
And Mike,
Thank you for the info as well.
#31 by Mike C on May 4, 2024 - 6:27 AM
Quite impressive!
For Elgin:
– The ambulance that was at Station 6 is now at Station 3.
– To my knowledge, there is no boat at Station 6 or 7. Maybe someone
knows better than I.
– There is no E7.
– If you want to count the new mobile command vehicle which is shared
amongst all city departments, this is housed at Station 6 and operated by
the Engine 6 crew.
#32 by Ryan on May 3, 2024 - 8:39 PM
Just FYI:
Orland S6025 is the investigator vehicle
Lemont’s only Tender is 917, 927 is gone.
Lemont’s truck is t949
Lemont Utility 928 is SV928, investigator vehicle
North Palos FPD is dispatched by Southwest Central.
