Ted is correct. Lemont currently runs one tender out of station one. The current tender is a 1999 International with a 1986 Walker tank. Lemont Fire District is still approximately 10% rural and not within 1,000′ of a hydrant.

Lemont had 2-Stainless Steel elliptical water tenders, one was at Sta.1, the other at Sta.2, if my memory serves me correctly, they were Walker Stainless tanks that were remounted from previous chassis. One was on a Ford F-8000 chassis, I believe the other was also an older Ford Chassis.

Do they still have a tender at station 2, or just the one at 1?
