MABAS 21 do you know 6423’s specs

I’m 100% positive that the ALF was recently sold. PH currently has the 3 E-One engines.
The 2013 (formerly 6423) was re-striped re-lettered and renumbered, as 6403, and still runs out of Station 1. This was done by their recently retired Chief, who came from Pleasantview.
The former Pleasantview Engine (ex 1511/1551) was refurbished in their all red with black striping, prior to being acquired by PH. It is in service as PH’s reserve, Engine 6413, at Station 2.
6423 is their newest, at Station 2.
There are plans for purchasing a new engine down the road to replace the former Pleasantview engine.

When I left my job in mabas 22 in may they had Renumber a lot of stuff so the newest engine is 6423 (out of station 2) the older e-one was 6403 (station 1) and the spare which is the old Pleasantview engine was 6413 (station 2) I believe was the number

The Somewhat-new E-one 6423 Is at Sta. 2 I know they were going to buy a new rig to replace that one is the Pleasantview Engine the E-one at Sta. 2?

They bought a PleasantView engine a year ago to make the ALF a spare. Then they got the new engine. Making the old PleasantView engine the spare

To comment on the PHFPD ALF getting sold I think you are talking about the Pierce if they sold the ALF they wouldn’t have a spare. Also I talked to an LT last year while I was there and they were still selling the Pierce and I’m fairly sure he mentioned that it wouldn’t be sold.

This was a demo unit that had to have some things changed out so it fit in the station. Light bar was changed, the deck gun couldn’t stay connected on top.

The one in Palos Heights was just moved to reserve status. They had a completely equipped E-one demo engine donated to them by a local businessman. It was the same guy who bought Palos FPD en engine.
