Auto accident with entrapment in Northbrook, 8-4-22

Photos from Tim Olk of an extended extrication along the Edens Expressway (I94) near Dundee Road in Northbrook Thursday evening (8-4-22). Firefighters from Glencoe, Deerfield, and Wilmette assisted Northbrook firefighters. One patient was transported via helicopter to Lutheran General Hospital.

  -Tom I believe Northfield and Winnetka were both already assisting Northbrook with a structure fire that was happening at the same time.
  – Sebastian LGH is closer to where they were with an approximately 6 minute flight from the scene to the hospital

  Northbrook was working a confirmed fire, not sure what other towns responded to it.
