well mike I have to agree the blue and white would look nice I would say no to black and white cars they are too plain as for the current design I can tell a police car even when I saw an unmarked dodge challenger in the surburbs of Chicago I have to say if they did black and white at least put a single blue light on the roof

It’s nice to see the old star on cpd vehicles instead of that stupid caps logo, but It belongs on the door! The modern suv’s would look great in the old black and white two tone from the late 1950’s. It’s almost impossible to identify a cpd vehicle from the front. It is all white and modern light bars look like luggage racks. They should really consider black and white or the old blue and white from the 1960’s. The checker looks too much like a cab for my taste.
All this modern technology and cops will still swivel the spotlight back and forth like a poor man’s Mars 888.

when I go to the auto show I feel it is a waste but when I don’t go I miss something I would love to see great pictures though

I was there last Saturday and yes, there was an impressive display in the public safety section.
