They both are out of station 46. Ambulance 46 is first out in district 46 while ambulance 146 is second out throughout the entire town. They are all Whelen 900 series lights no grean red white and one amber in the back

I am guessing these ambulances will be assigned to station 46. Is it possible they might switch off that is why the second ambulance is 146.

These are owned by Kurtz Ambulance, the private ambulance service for Tinley Park 911 calls.
