This from Martin Nowak:
Drove past the place in Crestwood where an individual sells vehicles ranging from fire trucks and ambulances to public works trucks. I saw the former Willow Springs/Tri-State engine. Not sure if its up for sale yet.Engine is a 1996 HME 1871/Luverne.

A few months ago MABAS Division 21 purchased one of the former Willow Springs ambulances for the new fire investigation unit. I believe it was purchased directly through the village, not Tri-State.

The brush truck was decommissioned and public works was using it. Last I seen it was over the summer. It had yellow light bar on top of it.

All equipment was turned over to Tri-State. 2 Engines, 2 Ambulances, a brush truck and a boat.

Who actually sold the engine? Did Willow Springs still own it or was it transferred to Tri State? I vaguely seem to recall that Willow Springs owned.
Somewhat related… I did see in late 2018, Tri State bought the firehouse from Willow Springs.
