Adian Hughes actually engine 68 was out of service since October-november 2016 and it came back in service around mid June 2018. More than a year! I didn’t knew engine 68 crashed.

Engine 92 is awesome. I hope it comes back!

Why is it taking vastly longer to replace T-47’s cab than it did to build it in the first place. It’s been a year and a half at least. New builds don’t take nearly that long.

Aidan, he was asking what happened to TL21 not about the other rigs.

Tower 21’s HME is really abused. They have had it for over 20 years now. First it was assigned to Tower 10. Tower 21 needs a new rig desperately! So does Tower 5! Tower 5 was my dad’s first truck when he was hired. At the time it was Truck 5. They had a 1972 Mack CF/Pirsch 100’ ladder truck and then a year later they got their first tower ladder from E-One. Tower 5’s ALF is a bunch of bullcrap and so is Engine 92. They are the only ones like it. The crew on Engine 92 hates their Freightliner/ALF pumper and it is still OOS. They are really in need of a new rig. Some people refer Engine 92’s frontline as a beverage truck. I remember the time when Engine 68 crashed in late 2016 and was out for almost a year and now they have it back. Truck 47 should still be waiting for a new cab at Fire Service Inc.

I would hope they will both get them because not mention alf is out of business and that is an old rig

Harry, I would say with 99% certainty that these will be going to 21 & 5. It was my understanding that 21 is in a permanent spare and 5 is just a junk box.
