This from Mike Summa:
This was the Olympia Gardens Mack engine. I do not know specs, but I think it could be X South Chicago Hts. This department was near Western Ave. and Joe Orr Road near Chicago Heights and went out of business in the 90’s.

This appears to be a Mack Model A, a lighter duty chassis. Milwaukee had 9 Model L pumpers that were somewhat similar in appearance, but with the larger Mack 707 engine and rated pumping capacity of 750 to 1000 GPM.

Not really a MACK fan but I have to say that one really looks sharp. Milwaukee had more than their share of MACK’s over the decades and that model I think was one of them.
