Does anyone have a clue about what the status of Skokie tower 16? It was supposed to be delivered several months ago and there has been no word were it is

Chesterton, IN FD just received approval to purchase a 2015 Sutphen Custom pumper. It will be ready in about 8-9 months.

Mike, yes that’s a typo. It’s a 1500 gpm pump.

Never mind they must have changed it. I believe it originally was posted as a 500 GPM pump. Sorry

From another “area on apparatus order” thread, the new Elmhurst Truck will be replacing and traded in for Truck 2. The new truck I’ve heard will be identical as Truck 1 for the most part.

The new engine that niles is getting will go to station 2 and the current engine 2 will go to station 3.

Actually the Elmhurst Tower will replace Truck 2.

I am guessing the Niles engine will be for Engine 3 and the Elmhurst truck will be for Truck 1?
