The first of Franklin Park’s new engines is in service. I caught Engine 1 with their new rig at a working fire on 2-14-13. I arrived well after the fire was out, but here is a picture of their new engine 1 that is in Full Service.

Okay here is what I figured out going past all three houses.
479 is the new Engine 1 which is the second of the two new engines Franklin Park ordered. They also have two ambulances at house 1. A reserve paramedic ambulance 481, and then Ambulance 482 which is Ambulance 1. At Station 2 is Ladder 2 a 2005 Seagrave Marauder 100′ aerial truck, Engine 2 is the first of the new engines ordered and received. It is unit 477. They have two chevy impala cars there and the Command vehicle 490 which is a 2001 Chevy Tahoe. At Station 3 the quint is back which is also a Seagrave i think this is unit 475. Also there is Ambulance 2 the 2008 Ford with a unit number 480. I hope this helps.

If you notice, the apparatus numbers are the changeable placards. So whatever they end up doing they just put the other apparatus number in them.

Thursday at this fire, they had the New Eng-1, Ladder 2, and a Tele-Squirt that said Eng-3. Sebastian i thought the same that The pierce engine would stay at station 1 and the new ones would be 2 & 3, but i dont know how they run with man power.

Guys the new Franklin Parks are Marion’s. This is not a Toyne. Bensenvilles new engine is a Toyne.
