Agree with Drew, appears to be a Hamerly body, especially given the year of the former Dodge chassis. Len Hamerly was a master automative painter. It is enjoyable to see those paint schemes and the hockey sticks carried by departments long after Hamerly went out of business.

Libertyville had several public works trucks with that cabinet

The rear body looks like its a Hamerly.

The Robbins rig is definitely a mashup as that cabinet between the cab and pump isn’t the same construction as the rear body.

This is an Libertyville fire department crash rescue truck I believe the ford is a 1994 and that body came off a 70 dodge chasis
