I am guessing their 2005 Pierce is gone, what other engine are they getting rid of?

Agree with you Steve! The whole cab structure and skin is stainless steel. Very well engineered.

I personally feel the Seagrave is the best apparatus builder from my experience.

I personally like the real Q siren better but the EQ2B with the Rumbler is really cool. It’s basically a subwoofer under the front bumper that you can feel. I’m not sure if Crestwood opted for the Rumbler or not.

These are beautiful engines and I’m sure will serve the town well for many years to come. Looks like they’re relatively simple rigs.

Does Crestwood run out of one station or do they have a second?

Very nice and the low mounted ladders are great, but I do like a raised roof over the jump seat area. A lot less bending over a career.

The electronic Q2bs suck! They just make sound they don’t have any real “push” like the mechanical Q.

That’s pretty cool, using the same bells from the old Seagraves!

Harry, they will have EQ2Bs not Qs. The bells are from the old Seagraveās

hopefully the twins will have a q if they have a bell

I concur Mike. Sure you pay more but quality does cost more.
