Glad to see all these truck companies were able to get new rigs! I am sure most of those rigs were 2002 Pierce aerials. All those rigs were 18 years old and I am sure we’re nearing the end of their front line service life. Given how hard the city runs those rigs, I am sure they are well worn rigs. Glad Truck 1 will be getting a 2011 Crimson instead of one of the Pierces.
It will be interesting to see when E-One will produce more rigs for the CFD. Hopefully next year. It sounds like they did shut down this year for the pandemic.

Truck 29 is the missing truck Not a fan of the number plates on the doors & rear compartment or the warning lights on the roof just my opinion

Where is their rebuilt Crimson going? Is that rig no good since it’s wreck?

Our 2001 100′ E-One rearmount has the fuel fill in the rear. Works out fine.

Is that the fuel fill for the truck on the rear right under the latch for the ladder compartment?
Unique if it is, understand that fueling locations may not be ideal around the city and allows access from both sides.
