Oh for crying out loud! A siren on a fire apparatus is supposed to be loud.
It’s not like they are going to purposely drive around at 2:00am just to blow the thing.
The same goofballs want to get the railroads not to blow their horns and then blame the railroad if some idiot crosses the tracks with the gates down.

aidan to be honest if firetrucks had q sirens all the time it would prevent a lot of collisions between cars and fire rigs because that electronic q is not loud enough and when u live near an airport and rail yard u will appreciate the sound of a q more often my dream would be to live across from a fire station where the driver or officer run the q that is just me thought

The Federal Q siren violates the city’s sound ordinance. All in all these three new engines will look very great! I hope Engine 125’s rig is being repaired after the accident.
