Geez Harry; as long it does the job and meets the operational requirements that the department has specified, does it really matter what the color scheme is??

well plain jane being the color white over red all red black over red and white over red are not too exciting as far as I am concerned some all red like boston Newark and black over red for Chicago and some others

I happen to like it! Traditional gold leaf lettering, a real Q2B siren, lots of scene and emergency lighting, nice layout and a perfect height low hose bed.

Nice job Oswego! It doesn’t look “plain jane” to me. That pump panel is beautiful! Very nice layout! The scene lighting and emergency lighting looks very good! Sufficient lighting on the scene always makes working the job safer and more efficient. The compartment behind driver/officer is a great feature! It appears there are some M6 light heads on the bottom of the hose bed cover. What a brilliant idea! I like that the trim on the side of the roll up doors is painted to match. The front pumper looks to be nicely laid out. I wouldn’t consider this to be a “plain jane” engine. I’d consider it to be a very well thought out engine. Good Luck Oswego!
