This engine was a FSI custom demo that incorporated some popular options. When my department was looking into purchasing it, we were informed by the salesman that it is a Typhoon with a Cyclone ll grill on it for astetics. It is a beautiful looking engine and is set up perfectly. Although I’m jealous that our city fathers weren’t going to budget it for us, I’m happy it ended up going somewhere much more needed. I’ll send in a few other pics of this.

I noticed one of CFD’s new engines is in the background. Are the new engines in town yet?

I am guessing they will get rid of the pierce because the pierce is 565

What are the other rig numbers for River Grove? I’m guessing everything is in the 560’s.

It is actually a Cyclone II Chasis not Typhoon. It is a sharp looking rig! My guess is they will get rid of the Schaumburg engine.

So, which of the two older engines will this one replace? Will they keep the old Schaumburg engine or not?
Looks pretty sharp!!
