Dennis I believe it came back with a ALF Century series cab with square headlights (which were on the Century 2000 series cabs). The ladder should have been a 100 foot prepiped ladder that was actually destined for Orlands ALF (Truck 6024). Orland then ended up with Alsips ladder on their truck.

When they had this rebuilt it came back a whole different rig. Came back with a ALF 100 Series cab and a 75′ pre-piped midmount aerial.
