Northbrook police received a call around 7:30PM on Sunday from a resident reporting fire in a second floor bedroom at 613 Michelline Lane. First arriving fire companies reported a working fire and the Code 3 alarm was upgraded to a Code 4. The fire was brought under control quickly and was contained to one side of the second floor. All residents exited the house prior to the arrival of the fire department. Glenview Truck 14, Glenview Engine 8, and Prospect Heights Engine 39 provided mutual aid.
