Townhouse fire in Hoffman Estates, 4-22-25

These are photos from the Hoffman Estates box on April 22nd. I arrived shortly after the Box alarm was transmitted and was there for about 2 hours. I saw Schaumburg’s tower 51 with the new graphics and saw Inverness with their new engine and utility. Also saw the new Hoffman engines at work.

  Engine 22, Tower 22, Hanover Park Medic 15 and Palatine’s Squad were all in spares during this fire

  I am guessing that the 2008 Quantum is in reserve and was filling in for Engine 22

  That HME looks great. Mostly solid red but a blend of blackout is a nice touch.
  Surprised they didn’t black out the Q since it’s partially hidden.

  i wish the inverness fd was not so fancy because i would love to see that but thats way too fancy for a fd vehicle plus it does not have a western plow it looks like a meyer plow
