During my 1975 junior and 1976 senior Charleston Illinois hometown highschool years, I worked at the Coles County airport FBO. I drove airplane gasoline trucks, helped the FBO airplane mechanics, washed airplanes, scrubbed the FBO toilets, and assorted other labor tasks. Occasionally my FBO work college George and I would exercise this fire truck to keep its bones loose. I fondly remember the Mowequa Illinois highschool sports cheerleaders sponsoring an annual summer bikini airplane wash at the airport.
