Once in service, the new engine will be front line at Station #1. The 2016 Sutphen, Engine 242, which is currently running front line at Station #1 will move to front line at Station #2. The 2008 Sutphen, current Engine 241, will become the reserve engine. The 1995 Sutphen, currently Reserve Engine 243, will be removed from service, disposition unknown at this time.

Is the 2008 in reserve now? Will the 2016 go into reserve?

What’s will become of the current engine 241? I am guessing they will get rid of the last 1990’s rig once this is delivered.

Great looking engine. Sutphen seems to turn out a nice product, also as far as I know it’s still family owned

Looks sharp. A bit shorter than many pumpers these days.
