It’s a traditional ladder rack; not like Skokie’s. You can see the arms in the pic of the rear and the decal shot. Either way, it’s better than the Internationals they had years back. Glad to see they are able to finally get better apparatus minor design flaws aside.

Has anyone thought thst maybe the ladder rack swings down and not sideways like skokie’s squad 18 goes. If you want to see what i’m saying, YouTube the squad in action.

Brian I think What mike is pointing out is when the ladder rack is down you lose those lights on the side.

Curious, not looking to argue, what is the issue with the ladder rack? Only going by appearance on a photo, looks like they “hid” it with a panel

Yes. Check out that customized front bumper and grill. Use it to distract your eyes from focussing on the poorly designed ladder rack.

Engines 2 and 3 were both HME’s, however engine 2 was replaced with a Pierce engine a few years ago.
