This from Steve Redick:
Took in a box alarm at 915 S La Grange Road in La Grange on Friday (11/17/17). I was fairly close but there was nothing to see when I arrived. I got a few rig shots though.Steve

Bill you meant the Metz aerial for Hinsdale as well as Countryside? Is the raptor the model? As Lenny said 1111 is a Ferrara and is the rescue pumper.
Hinsdale was years after Countryside got their Metz.
LaGrange 1211 is NOT a Ferrara, it is an HME/SMEAL.

1111 and 1211 are both Ferrara

Everyone of those shots of the apparatus really stands out. La Grange Engine 1111 is really impressive, it almost looks like a Pierce PUC. This cab though is not a Pierce. It looks like the rig may be a pumper/squad. Skokie and Niles have relatively new PUC engines however they are not squads but because the bodies are built like boxes they resemble squads.
That Raptor aerial from Hinsdale is only the second one that I know of in the Chicago area. The Countryside FPD in Lake County also has one.
