  The area where all the spares are stored is a fenced in lot at W. Concord Pl. & N. Throop St. just east of Elston and north of Goose Island. Fleet is located on the west side of Throop at 1685 N. Throop. You can walk/drive by on the street, but it’s city property, so you cannot enter the lot itself. However, it’s just a chainlink fence, so you can still see all the rigs sitting there.
