Chicago firefighters responded to a car into the building at 4243 S. Ashland Avenue 5958 W Eastwood (5/27/16). After removing the car, companies added shoring to stabilize the damaged area.

I hope the Rosenbauer squads get here soon, that spare squad is in operation almost as frequently as the main rigs.

Correction: this incident was at 5958 W Eastwood, corner of Eastwood and N Austin. Tower 23, Engine 108 and Ambulance 47 were first on scene, and 47 made one removal.
Engine 86 and Truck 57 and 4-5-3 returned early on.
5-2-2 was called to help with stabilizationand came a long way with Engine 14 and Truck 19.
Squad 2 (with a spare snorkel for 2a) you can see in the pics. Bat 11, 2-2-2, I believe 5-1-5 (there was an unmarked buggy that looked like a spare) and about 4 CPD units rounded out the response.
