The “aerial” device is installed. It is a triple section Schwing boom with a waterway. You can see it in all 3 pictures. It is black and slightly elevated. The Schwing boom is the same as used by the construction industry to pump concrete remote from where the cement mixers can drive. These booms have become very popular in the industrial firefighting world. It has no aerial capabilities whatsoever so far as being able to climb, etc.

There is also an aerial device to be installed on the chassis which is not shown thus the dual axles

This engine looks like it is twice as long as a normal engine…. I think it might be the camera angles though
