  Yes the reserve Seagrave will be replaced most likely with 2000 Pierce Engine that is now running as Squad 34 so the new rig under construction is probably being built as a Pumper/Squad for Squad 34.

  Yes it will replace the 1991 Seagrave that is the reserve engine.
