New tanker for Momence FPD

Earlier this year, Momence FPD (MABAS Division 7) received an new tanker.  This replaces Tanker 94, the 1989 Ford/Quality /1964 Darley.

  I don’t remember the entire story, but the body was from a 1964 Darley, no pump w/ 1500 gallons of water that was put onto the 1989 Ford chassis as seen in the photograph. I can only assume it was once mounted on a conventional style chassis prior to the Ford C8000 remount.
