What a waste. I see it as a 50/50 good/bad. It’s a good thing because they can train house fires, but then a waste since they are fairly new. So how much land is there total that the company had?

They have 6 houses and a townhouse building. They were model homes and the builder went bankrupt

They were demo units for a development that went bankrupt.

As said before, how did they get these houses? They look fairly new. The first home doesn’t have a driveway, so perhaps they were demo units or something?
