This new unit features the patented Cool Bar HVAC system, Liquid Spring suspension, Whelen interior and exterior LED lighting and a Stryker Power Load System with Power Cot. This is Crestwoods second unit for 2017. We appreciate Crestwood FD’s decision to partner with Wheeled Coach Ambulances and Fire Service Inc. to protect their residents and surrounding communities. Here are a few pictures of the Crestwood Fire Departments new 2017 Wheeled Coach Type 1 ambulance. These pictures were taken during their final inspection at the factory earlier this week. This new unit is on its way to Fire Service Inc. in St. John Indiana, where it will get a few finishing touches including lettering, striping, full rear chevron, and lighted front bumper guards. We will be sure to post additional pics once the unit is completed and ready for final delivery. A big Thank You to Chief Jon Bruce and the Crestwood Fire Department on this purchase. This is their second new Wheeled Coach this year.

Congratulations and Thank You to Chief Derek Bergsten and the Rockford Fire Department. Rockford took delivery of 4 new Wheeled Coach / F450 4×4 Type 1 ambulances on 9/14/17. These state of the art medics have custom exterior and interior compartmentation, hoseline temperature controlled medication drawers, Knox Vault Medication security system, liquid spring suspension and the patented CoolBar HVAC system. All of this customization, and a delivery date under 3 months from order confirmation. Were thrilled to have Rockford Fire as part of the Fire Service, Inc. family!

Congratulations to Chief Damon Schuldt and the members of the Kankakee Fire Department on the delivery of their new 2017 Wheeled Coach, Type I ambulance. This new unit is built on a Ford F450 4×4 chassis and comes equipped with Liquid Spring suspension system, Whelen LED emergency lighting and our custom “Coolbar” HVAC system. This is KFD’s first Wheeled Coach unit. We appreciate the business, and want to welcome them to the Fire Service family. Here are a few pics of our final inspection recently held at Wheeled Coach in Florida. The Oak Lawn Fire Department is anxiously awaiting their two new Type I F-450 Ambulances. These two units will be replacing their current Wheeled Coach Units. Med #2 and Med #3. We will post additional pictures once the outside graphics and the Stryker Power Load Systems have been installed. As always, we want to thank the department for their continued business. They have been long time Wheeled Coach and Fire Service Inc. customers.
