Here is a preliminary print of Glen Ellyn’s new heavy rescue squad – Spartan Metro Star MFD 5” raised roof with a MARION BODY WORKS 15’ custom rescue body, 6-bottle air cascade system and fill station, 2 electric reels, generator, light tower, and coffin compartments. Delivery Slated for summer 2023.

A few progress pics of the York Center Fire Protection District Technical Rescue Vehicle built by Marion Body Works

Attached is a new order for the York Center Fire Protection District. It is a Marion Body Works 19’ custom van body with a Ford F-650 chassis for their technical rescue team. Features include, lumber storage racks for trench rescue, fin form storage racks, underbelly boxes, a pull-out awning, and additional above cab storage in the box area. This is using Marion Body Works’ Van Body and Custom engineered vehicle line to meet the needs and budget for special response vehicles. It will be delivered spring summer 2021.

Approved at the Palatine City Council earlier this week, the Palatine FD placed an order for a Spartan Gladiator ELFD 20-inch raised roof chassis with a Marion Body Works 20-foot walk-around heavy rescue squad.
