  So they can roll it around the plant. The second wheel probably won’t go on until they’re done running air lines, wiring, plumbing, etc. or even after the body goes on.

  Why is there one wheel on there and why wouldn’t it be easier to put it on where you can put the eventual outside wheel over it?
