There was plenty of the front end accessible to flip the vehicle and winch on the bed without having to reset the line. Tow company should look for another operator capable of performing emergency tows. Not impressed at all.

Tow truck driver must not be very capable if he couldn’t have flipped it over hooking it from the street side.

The HR department was present and approved!
It really doesnt take much effort to tip an auto over. If it did, we wouldn’t go through the effort of stabilizing them with buttress systems, cribbing, etc.

Wow, I sure hope the HR department at each of the agencies involved doesn’t see those pictures.
“So how’d you hurt your back Ofc. Doe/Firefighter Doe?”
“Well we were rolling a car over manually because the tow truck didn’t want to drive on the grass”
“Oh, and you’d like to file workman’s comp for this injury?”
Geez….

Tow operator said he didn’t want to drive on grass to get angle to winch it over. There were eight firefighters, police and the tow operator pushing.

Did they upright the vehicle manually for any specific reason or was it to test their strength? Great job! I’m impressed!
