Earlier in the day, Moyer and three others went out to post flyers for the for the 43rd annual Waldo Fire Department Brat Fry scheduled for Sunday, March 12th. Moyer and two friends were reportedly returning from the Random Lake Pizzeria when the truck went off the roadway, through a ditch and into a field.
