  Note that Lincolnwood often handles NB Edens calls south of Touhy by entering the Edens SB in the NB Lanes from the EB Touhy exit ramp

  I believe that Wilmette covers the North bound Edens to Tower Road, and Northfield covers the South bound Edens between Tower and Lake? Am I right?

  Lincolnwood covers the Edens from Devon to Touhy.
  Skokie covers north of Touhy to past Old Orchard.
  Wilmette is next then Northfield.

  As a matter of practicality, more than one FD is often involved in these incidents due to multiple locations given by multiple callers, one FD is actually closer than the other, and/or access is less convenient for one than the other. For Lincolnwood to get on northbound they have to go to Peterson. Equally, for CFD to get on the Edens for something south of Devon but of Peterson they have to get on or turn around at Touhy.
