Excerpts from dnainfo.com:
A woman slapped a Chicago firefighter when he wouldn’t let her ride a bike past a reversing fire truck with flashing lights, prosecutors said Wednesday. The firefighter had stopped traffic near Wells and Van Buren streets about 4 p.m. Monday to accommodate a fire truck that was backing into the fire station.
Maegan Kurtz, 26, approached the station on a bicycle and tried to continue cycling past the truck according to an arrest report.
Court records show … the firefighter tried to stop Kurtz, and a verbal altercation ensued. That’s when Kurtz allegedly slapped the firefighter who pushed her away before she tumbled to the ground.
“I do not take lightly the fact that an officer tells someone to stay out of the way, and the response is to get slapped in the face,” Cook County Judge Peggy Chiampas told Kurtz on Wednesday before setting bail at $25,000.
Kurtz, who lives in suburban Frankfort, is charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer.
The firefighter was treated and released from Northwestern Memorial Hospital for a laceration to the left side of his face.

So they fabricated the whole blasted thing and she just happened to be there huh?
No doubt a spinoff of the cop haters and now extend to firefighters/EMT’s .
As most of the posters stated, this woman obviously has a problem with authority and respect. Perhaps a very serious mental problem at least.

I’m not familiar with KURTZ but she’s likely a product of public schools the way those little monsters behave. Can’t even wait about 1 minute for a apparatus to back into quarters?

Wondering aloud if this woman is related or connected to the Kurtz services?

Yes that’s a good description of the woman who happens to be a very sick and potentially dangerous individual. To physically assault a uniformed member of the public safety services you really have to be demented. Even it wasn’t someone in a uniform it was still pretty sick.

Many people just have no respect for other people.
More likely an authority complex. Stupid selfish pig of a woman.
