Is THAT rig (minus the pump and the extended roof amongst other things,) what Chicago is buying on the Houston add-on from E-1?

The Engine swaps have not been made yet. The 2007 Enforcer has to get some repairs made before it goes front line at Station 21.

Saw the new Tower 23 tonight, on a run with the ambulance. Very impressive! Also drove by Station 23, right after that, and still saw an engine parked further back. Have they made all the engine switches (E23 to E21, E21 to E20 and E20 to mechanical reserve status/E22) yet? Are they going to keep an engine at Sta. 23?

I see they do wet-downs differently in northern Illinois than in Wisconsin.
I filmed two wet-downs recently:

I agree very impressive. I like how the supply line is on the front bumper. Now the 2007 Enforcer is front line at Station 21.
