The Daily Herald has a brief article about Wheeling firefighters and staff pairing with Operation Warm to provide free winter coats to children that can’t afford them.

Wheeling firefighters handed out 100 U.S. made winter coats to students [in need from] Wheeling Township Elementary District 21 on Saturday at Station 24, the fire department headquarters.
