Jeff the air bag units transport large, low pressure air bags used to catch jumpers off buildings and more frequently bridges, including expressway overpasses.

The CFD pages here show 5-6-1 and 5-6-3 are air bag service units. 5-6-2 is listed only as “Special Operations”.
